High Efficient Coating Machine FBG-80 PRO

Our FBG-80 PRO coating machine is a high-performance system designed for pharmaceutical and food coating applications. Controlled by a microcomputer PLC module with a fully sealed touchscreen, it allows precise adjustment of air temperature, air volume, and drum speed. The explosion-proof motor drives the coating drum clockwise for stable tablet movement. The exhaust system features adjustable airflow and anti-backflow protection. The chamber's hollow-box design ensures the outer surface temperature stays within 15°C above ambient, while the negative pressure gauge maintains consistent negative pressure to prevent dust escape. The special baffle design ensures smooth tablet tumbling, minimizing chipping and material waste. Reliable, clean, and easy to operate.
